Our History
Dan received his first vendors license for his
company DJ Computer in 1993. He was actually in business before this but he
could not sell parts. This was only a part time because he worked full-time
as a computer technician for American Computer Repair. In 1997 he quit working
at ACR at partnered up with Vince Netherwood, they started a business known as
Spectrum but it became known as Netvantage. Netvantage acquired DJ. They had
Netvantage incorporated and had a vendor's license. Soon after this Vince said
that Dan could go out on his own and he did not need him anymore. Dan then
bought out Vince. In 2004 Netvantage hired David and Julie (the accountant/ bookkeeper).
For years Greg and Dan had talked about partnering up and on January 1, 2005
Diamond Consultanting Service merged with Netvantage. This brought in 2 full
time techs for Netvantage, Greg and Randy. In 2005 we started printing
the tax bills for Beaver County, Pennsylvania. On May 11, 2006 the merger between
DCS and NetVantage ceased to exist and on May 13, 2006 we officially stopped doing tax bills.
